✨ We offer 2 types of blush: powder or stick. The stick blush will have a creamy, light texture. The powder format will allow you easy application in one brushstroke.

💗 The shade you choose for your blush doesn't depend on your skin tone, but rather on the effect you're looking for. We currently offer 4 shades of powder blushes to satisfy as many people as possible. Our four blushes will bring a healthy glow. The Rose Brun will give a slightly tanned look, the Bois de Rose a reddish/pink cheek look, the Rose Corail and the Rose Pêche a more orangey look (with one more rosy than the other). We offer 2 shades of blushes in stick form: Rose Corail for a more orangey, summery effect, and Bois de Rose for a darker pink color.

✨ We offer 2 types of bronzer: powder and creamy stick. The powder texture will come to give you a healthy-glow and tanned effect, while the stick format will rather sculpt your face and warm up your complexion.

🧡 About Bronzerthe shade you choose doesn't depend on your skin tone, but rather on the effect you're looking for. The Copper shade of the powder bronzer will have a slightly more dewy tint and give a healthy glow effect, while the stick bronzer in Taupe Brown shade will be a super ally for sculpting the face.

🌟 Illuminator brings the final detail to your make-up by creating zones of light.We offer 2 types of illuminator: powder and stick.

💛 If you want a more golden iridescence, we recommendHighlighter Soleil stick. If you want a rosier effect, thenHighlighter Rosé powder will be your best ally.

🌟 Apply your Foundation on your face once your skin is moisturized with your day cream.

💜 Our colorless foundation will come to matify, unify and soften your skin. It allows for a better application and hold of foundation or powder. It will also protect your skin from external aggressions, as well as from makeup. Your skin is smoothed: no more imperfections and shine.

CC crème is available in 3 shades. Its light texture is perfect for normal to dry skin. It evens out and brightens the complexion. The little extra? It's suitable for mature skin too! Thanks to its key ingredient, hyaluronic acid, CC Crème helps plump, firm and smooth skin.

La BB Cream is available in 3 shades. It has a fuller coverage texture and is ideal for combination to oily skin. It evens and beautifies the complexion while camouflaging redness and imperfections.

Faced with the growing number of orders linked to black fridaypreparation times are slightly longer: 

Information for all orders placed between 28/11 and 2/12 inclusive:

• Preparation lead times are 48 to 72 working hours (excluding weekends).
• Any order placed cannot be modified (addition of a promotional code, modification of the delivery method, modification of the delivery address, addition or deletion of a product...).
• Delivery times: each carrier applies different delivery times, which may also be slightly longer depending on the quantity of packages to be delivered. On average, please allow :
  - Chronopost Point Relai: delivery within 4 to 5 working days after dispatch from our warehouse
  - Colissimo without or with signature: delivery within 3 to 4 working days after dispatch from our warehouse
  - Chronopost 24h: delivery within 24 working days after dispatch from our warehouse

• Preparation time is 48 working hours (excluding weekends).
• Any order placed may not be modified(addition of a promotional code, modification of the delivery method, modification of the delivery address, addition or deletion of a product), unless the request is specified by e-mail to contact@charlottebio.fr within 15 minutes of the order being placed, on working days/hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm).
• Shipping times will also be slightly longer. On average, please allow :

> Chronopost Point Relai: delivery in 4 working days on average after dispatch from our warehouse

> Colissimo with or without signature: average delivery time 3 working days after dispatch from our warehouse

> Chronopost 24h: delivery within 24 hours of dispatch from our warehouse

In general, outside these exceptional periods : 

📦 Once your order has been placed, it takes approximately 24 to 48 hours (working hours) for it to be prepared in our logistics warehouse.

All orders placed before 12:00 are prepared and shipped the same day. The delivery will then take place within 2 to 7 working days, depending on the delivery method chosen, and within 30 days at the most from the receipt of the order form.

📬 The different delivery methods, in Metropolitan France, are as follows:

• Chronopost: delivery in 24 hours, delivery against signature;
• Colissimo with signature: delivery in letter box, delivery 48h to 72h;
• Colissimo without signature: ideal for small parcels, delivery in letter box, delivery within 48 to 72 hours after shipment;
• Shop2Shop: delivery to your chosen relay point within 3 to 4 working days;

🕑 All lead times are in working days and therefore do not include weekends and holidays.

📦 We strive daily to reduce our lead times, and also the presence of plastic in your orders. However, customer service and your satisfaction comes first, and we know that sometimes the carriers are not very nice with your nice orders. Therefore, we try to find alternatives to wrap the products in the shipments, and protect them from being broken.

♻️ All components used for shipping your packages are either cardboard, recycled kraft or recycled PE.

📦 As soon as your order exceeds 35€, you can benefit from free delivery via Shop2Shop in Metropolitan France. Letterbox delivery is free for orders over €55.

📬 If your order does not exceed €35, the delivery charges invoiced by the carriers will be at your expense. Here are the rates according to the different delivery methods in Metropolitan France:  

• Chronopost 24h : 8,95€ (hand delivery, against signature, delivery the next day before 1pm if order placed before 12pm, otherwise delivery D+2 before 1pm)
• Colissimo with signature: €6.95 (Hand-delivered with signature, delivery 48h to 72h)
• Colissimo without signature: €5.95 (Letterbox delivery, 48 to 72-hour delivery)
• Shop2Shop: €3.95 (Delivery to Chronopost relay points (please note: choice of relay point after payment, 48 to 72 working hours).

🌏 Yes, we now deliver to the French overseas departments and territories, as well as to Europe: Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Austria and Ireland.

📦 Shop2Shop or home delivery, depending on country. Free delivery for orders over €50 in the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Spain, Italy, Austria and Ireland.

♻️ Returns

Customers may request a refund within 14 days of the order date. Returns for orders shipped within and outside mainland France are at the customer's expense.

The product for which the customer requests an exchange must be intact, unopened and in its original packaging. The customer must enclose with his shipment: 

• Product;
• The number of the order concerned by the return;
• The designation of the product or products concerned by the return;

We suggest that you choose a shipping method with a tracking number. Without a tracking number, we will not accept any claim if the parcel is damaged or lost by the transport services.

In order to ensure that your return is processed as quickly as possible, we would also ask you to notify us of your return by email to contact@charlottebio.fr.

If the article is accepted by Charlotte Bio, reimbursement will be made by any means of payment chosen by the Purchaser after exercising his/her right of withdrawal, at the latest within 14 days of the date on which the right is exercised (upon receipt of the returned order or proof of shipment of the returned product). 

If the article is refused by Charlotte Bio (CBB), it is returned to the customer at the expense of CBB without the customer being able to demand any compensation whatsoever.

🌸 We offer healthy products without compromise. This means they have as good staying power and pigmentation as conventional products.

🙋‍♀️ How is this possible? We have been inspired by the best conventional products, and have carefully formulated our products by taking the best of nature and the knowledge of our experts in organic formulation. Thus, all petrochemical ingredients have been replaced by natural ingredients. For example, all our skincare products are silicone-free and all our make-up products are talc-free. But, when you use them, you can't see the difference. But it is very important for your health!

👑 So yes, formulating and researchinghigh performing bio agents is complicated and expensive but, we deserve it right?

💸 Regarding the prices of our products, we want to offer products at a fair price while respecting all stakeholders. That's why we made the choice to favor partners close to home: in France and Italy. This way, transportation costs are lower and we are committed to working locally with efficient players who are experts in their field. We also limit the quantity of our packaging. This has a positive impact on the environment and on the price of our products. This is also the reason why we cannot make astronomical promotional and commercial offers on our products. 

🌍 All along the value chain, we try to make the right choices. By choosing the right ingredients for the skin and the environment. We favor local actors, we are very committed in France and more particularly in Normandy, in Caen where our offices are based.

🤝 Through different actions, we try to give meaning to our actions and our steps. For example, part of our packaging is done by a center that employs disabled people in order to help them integrate into professional life. In addition, we are committed to women and occasionally offer products to the Baclesse Center, a renowned center for the care and treatment of breast cancer. We also carry out campaigns to support women in precarious situations or in professional reintegration.

👀 In order to recognize if a product is truly organic, you have to refer to these two independent organizations that are Ecocert and Cosmebio.

🌱 Ecocert is a totally independent certifying body that will deliver the organic certification called COSMOS ORGANIC

🌿 Cosmebio is a label: an additional guarantee, which will check that the product is indeed Cosmos Organic certified and that it meets in addition to a charter of ethical values.
The guarantees of Cosmos Organic certification are set by a very strict specification on ingredients and packaging (a long list of conditions to be met to be considered a true organic cosmetic). The certifications are a guarantee of quality. They are also a guarantee of traceability of the ingredients used.

🌼 Cosmos Organic certification ensures that a minimum of 95% of the ingredients in the formula are natural*
🌸 Cosmos Organic certification ensures that a minimum of 20% of the ingredients in the formula are organic**
✍🏻 Each product has undergone a complete verification (composition, transformation process, packaging).

 * With the exception of a restrictive list of approved ingredients (including preservatives) allowed in small quantities.

** Why 20%? Because cosmetics are mostly composed of water. Water or minerals (widely present in make-up) are not considered "organic" because they are not cultivated.

♻️ As a young company, and in order to reduce our waste, we are not able to offer samples to our customers at this time.

🌱 Our formulas contain at least 95% ingredients of natural origin excluding any controversial substances. The remaining 5% are non-organic ingredients but necessary for the formulation and preservation. They remain however without danger for our body (obviously).

🐰 Yes, our formulas are labeled vegan and none of our ingredients are from animal exploitation or tested on them: besides being banned in Europe for many years, we love animals too much to imagine that.

🐝 Of course our products and ingredients are not tested on animals, firstly out of conviction and secondly anyway rest assured, since 2009 all products manufactured in Europe have been banned from being tested on animals. As this is a European law, the use of the logo is now forbidden for products made in Europe. More info here:
"However, in application of regulation no. 655/2013, claims relating to characteristics actually imposed by the regulations are prohibited. In fact, claims, such as "not tested on animals, which lead consumers to believe that other products placed on the European market are tested on animals, are prohibited."

💄 Make-up range

No : the natural fragrances we use in our make-up products contain no allergens or essential oils.

🧴 Care range

Our natural perfumes are exclusively derived from plant extracts (flowers, roots, leaves, seeds ...) present in nature. They may therefore contain certain allergens naturally present in these extracts.
The possible allergens coming from these plant extracts are to cosmetics what nuts, soy or certain red fruits are to food products. They are mentioned on the packaging to inform people who do not tolerate them, but they present no danger to non-allergic people, quite the contrary!  

🌿 Our commitment is to offer you beauty and wellness products that respect your skin and our environment. We think carefully to reduce the amount of ingredients in our formulas, and systematically remove all controversial and petrochemical ingredients.

🤰 Yes, 99% of our products have no contraindications for pregnant women.
Only eau lactée is not recommended for pregnant women due to its potentially allergenic fragrance . The other Charlotte Bio products are formulated without essential oils, retinol and controversial ingredients. 

🌿 Our ingredients come mostly from France or Europe, when possible, otherwise from the United States (Mica), Africa (Shea), South America (Candelilla).
