What are the delivery times?

During peak periods, preparation and delivery times can be lengthened. On average : 

- 48 working hours for order preparation,

- between 2 and 4 working days for delivery, depending on the mode of transport chosen

Don't hesitate to check the tracking of your parcel on a regular basis. You'll find this information in the dispatch e-mail you'll receive once your order has left our premises.

Is delivery free?

Yes, delivery is free in France and Belgium for orders over €39. Home delivery is free for orders over €59. Don't forget to select your preferred delivery method when placing your order ;) !

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes, thanks to our partner Alma (100% secure payment) you can pay in 2 instalments (from €50) or in 3 instalments (from €80).

Are the products suitable for teenage girls?

Can promotional codes be combined with discounts?

Promotional codes cannot be combined with Black Friday discounts and crossed-out prices on single products or kit/routine discounts. If you have received a promotional code by e-mail (welcome offer or abandoned basket) it is not possible to use them during the Black Friday period. On the other hand, offers on free delivery above defined amounts can be cumulated with discounts.

Can I change the contents/shades of the boxes/kits/routines?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to modify the contents of kits and routines.

Can I cancel or change an order once I've placed it?

Any order modification or cancellation requires human processing. Once your order has been entered, it goes through logistical processing, which is often difficult to intercept, especially during busy periods like Black Friday.

 

For all orders placed outside working hours, it will be impossible to intervene on a placed order.

For all orders placed between 9am and 12pm and between 2pm and 5pm we will do our best to intercept the order and modify/cancel it, but we cannot 100% guarantee that this will be possible. The best thing is not to make a mistake ;)
